Most Samsung tablet batteries last 3-4 years before noticeable degradation. A replacement is usually a fraction of the cost of a new tablet and gives your existing one another 2-3 years of useful life.

Wiggling the cable to get it to charge? Pocket lint, dust, or a worn-out USB-C port is usually the culprit. We clean and inspect for free — if a full port replacement is needed, we’ll quote before going ahead.

Spilt drink, splash in the bath, dropped in the loo — bring it in fast, and don’t try to charge it first. We’ll do a thorough water damage assessment and tell you honestly whether it’s worth saving. We never charge for diagnostics on water damage cases that are unrecoverable.

For some Galaxy Tab models with intact LCDs but cracked outer glass, we can do a glass-only repair at a lower cost than a full screen assembly. We’ll inspect first and let you know whether your tablet is a candidate — not every model can be glass-repaired, but those that can save you a meaningful chunk of money.
