Will I lose my data?

No. The remote unlock removes the Google account lock without wiping your phone. All your photos, contacts, apps and settings stay exactly where they are.

Is this legal?

Yes — for phones that are genuinely yours. We unlock phones for the legitimate owner who has either forgotten their Google account password or bought a second-hand phone that wasn’t properly reset by the previous owner. We don’t unlock stolen devices, and we reserve the right to refuse any request that looks suspicious.

What if it doesn’t work?

If we can’t unlock your Samsung for any reason, you get a full refund. The vast majority of Samsungs unlock first time, but the small number that don’t get refunded the same day, no questions asked.
