Google Account Unlocking
Once paid your unlock will happen automatically and you will get a text/email notification. After that you will be able to use the phone and set it up as normal. If the phone is found to be blacklisted no refunds will be made.
Network Unlocking
If you have submitted a Network Unlock Request you will get an email/text from us with a quote and payment link for the requested service with timescales as all unlocks cary from minutes to a few days depending on network and you will be made aware of how long it takes. Any phones that are blacklisted will not be processed and no refund will be made once paid.
