What types of devices do you repair?
We repair phones, computers, tablets, and many other electronic gadgets.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs are completed within an hour, often 30 minutes. To guarantee the time we recommend booking in advance wherever possible and you can do that here.
Do you use genuine parts in your repairs?
Samsung repairs, yes. Some Apple parts, tho screens and batteries are aftermarket. If you want Genuine Apple parts just contact us and ask as we can get Genuine Apple parts to order for next day delivery.
Can you park nearby ?
Yes, we have FREE parking right outside and there’s alos a giant Tesco (boo !) that have a car park with 3 hours free parking. There’s a map here
Can I bring my device in for a diagnosis?
Absolutely! We provide free diagnostics to identify the issue before repair, we charge a standard fee of 25.00, if any repair work is necessary then the 25.00 is deducted from a final bill.
Do you offer same-day repair services?
Yes, we offer same-day repairs for most common issues whenever possible.
Can I just walk in or do I need to book?
Absolutely you can just walk in. We accept walk in repairs between 9am and 11am and then again after 3pm until we close. Booking WILL guarantee the repair time and slot. As a walk in we won’t be able to stop what we are doing other than to agree a repair and book it in – we should stil be able to get it done the same day.
Can i pet your dog ?
Yes, she’s adorable and loves attention. In fact you’ll be hard pressed to get in and out of the shop without her seeing you. And no she doesn’t bit. If you don’t like dogs just tell me and i’ll make sure she’s out the way. Just don’t come in my shop acting like she’s going to rip your face off – it’s irritating.
Is your dog alright to have a treat ?
Absolutely!
Do you offer same-day repair services?
Yes, we offer same-day repairs for most common issues whenever possible.
Do you repair Apple Watches?
No, basically cos I don’t like doing them. If you ask I can recommend companies I trust highly to help you.
Do you sell phones?
Not really. I often have them but stopped retail sales
Do you sell phone cases and accessories?
No – Temu and Amazon put an end to a lot of things. The internet is killing reality I’m afraid.
Can you recover deleted data ?
Yes – Computers, Macbooks, Hard Drives, Android and iPhones.
Do you do printing?
Nope !
Do you do old VHS tapes to DVD ?
No, but I know someone who does and I can refer you
Do you do call-out or Home Visits ?
No ! Don’t have the spare time to i’m afraid. However I do know 4 trusted local businesses that do so if you tell me what you need help with I can refer you to the right person.
Do you offer mail in repairs?
Yes we do. Just book online and post it in.
