🔧 Troubleshooting

Quick Start not appearing

Ensure Bluetooth AND Wi-Fi are on for both phones. Bring phones closer (within 5cm). Restart both phones and try again.

Transfer taking too long

This is normal for large libraries. Keep phones plugged in and close together. Expect 1–3 hours for 100GB+ of data.

Transfer keeps failing

Check your Wi-Fi connection. Move closer to your router. Restart both phones and try from Step 2 again.

Apps not showing up

Apps reinstall in the background over Wi-Fi. Wait 30–60 minutes. Check App Library by swiping left on home screen.

Forgot Apple Account password

Visit iforgot.apple.com on any browser, or tap “Forgot Password” during setup to reset via email or trusted device.

Phone won’t stay awake

Go to Settings → Display & Brightness → Auto-Lock and set it to “Never” on your old iPhone before starting.

Common questions

Do I need to bring anything else?

Just both iPhones for the iPhone to iPhone transfer and their chargers if you have them. That’s all.

Will I lose anything?

No — we back up your old phone first, and we check everything has come across before you leave.

What about my photos?

Photos and videos all transfer across. We’ll make sure nothing is missing.

Can you transfer from a really old iPhone?

In most cases yes. Drop us a message first if you’re unsure and we’ll let you know.

Do I need my Apple ID password?

Yes, you’ll need that to hand — it’s required during the process. If you don’t know it we can help you reset it before we begin.

What if something goes wrong after I get home?

Just get in touch. We’re local and we’re not going anywhere. But it won’t, when we do a transfer it’s actually a CLONE, it’s badly named so all your data is actually still left on your old device

Can you transfer from Android to iPhone

Yes we can, we charge £45
